Funkční dyspepsie

Funkční dyspepsie (FD) je nejčastější příčinou zažívacích obtíží v horní části trávicí trubice. Diagnostika FD vychází z podrobné anamnézy a výsledků zobrazovacích a laboratorních vyšetření; základní podmínkou je absence organické příčiny obtíží. Léčba FD zahrnuje vedle medikamentózní intervence rovněž dietní a režimová opatření zaměřená na individuální toleranci potravin a způsobu jejich úpravy. Vzhledem k heterogenitě obtíží má farmakoterapie zpravidla charakter léčby empirické. Individuální a přiměřeně empatický přístup je u této diagnózy nezbytnou součástí péče o nemocného.
