Co je dobré vědět o draslíku

Draslík je kationem s nejvyšší intracelulární koncentrací. Má řadu nitrobuněčných funkcí spojených s metabolizmem. Jeho sérové koncentrace podléhají nejrůznějším vlivům fyziologickým i patofyziologickým, typu onemocnění, stupni anabolizmu či katabolizmu. Neméně významně závisí na podání léků za daných stavů. Úprava základních vztahů metabolizmu draslíku a tím i dalších iontů nenápadně, ale o to významněji – pomáhá v konkrétní klinické situaci.
