Záněty horních cest dýchacích, rýma

Článek pojednává o rinitidách, nejčastějším zánětu horních cest dýchacích. Akutní rýmy novorozenců a kojenců mají oproti stejné diagnóze batolat a starších dětí svá specifika v průběhu i léčbě. V textu jsou uvedeny základní klinické symptomy a léčba. Chronická rýma může být katarální, hypertrofická, atrofická a ozéna. Rovněž jsou zmíněny základní klinické obtíže, některé komplikace, základy diagnostiky a léčby.
