Současné možnosti léčby hemoroidální nemoci

Hemoroidální nemoc (HN) je ve vyspělých státech nejčastějším benigním onemocněním anorekta. Předpokladem úspěšné léčby HN je normalizace anatomických a fyziologických poměrů anorekta s následným vymizením příznaků. Optimální léčebná metoda je volena podle rozsahu postižení hemoroidů. Semiinvazivní a operační metody používané k léčbě HN, doplněné v posledních letech o dopplerem navigovanou ligaci hemoroidálních arterií a staplerovou hemoroidopexi, umožňují při správném provedení efektivní a bezpečnou léčbu HN provázenou minimem bolesti a nízkým počtem závažných komplikací.
