Farmakoterapie revmatoidní artritidy

Nové zkušenosti s dopadem revmatoidní artritidy (RA) na nemocné a terapeutické možnosti získané v posledních 10 letech si vyžádaly změnu v léčebném postupu vůči tomuto chronickému zánětlivému onemocnění. Proto vznikla nová Doporučení České revmatologické společnosti, která zahrnují jak nově dostupné preparáty, tak i návrh nových algoritmů léčby u časné i etablované RA. Předpokladem správné léčby je časná diagnóza, hodnocení aktivity a prognózy a co nejčasnější zahájení agresivní léčby s pravidelným monitorováním účinnosti a bezpečnosti.
