Fyziologie převodního systému srdečního, mechanizmy vzniku arytmií

Poruchy srdečního rytmu (arytmie, dysrytmie) představují jeden z nejzávažnějších problémů kardiologie v současnosti. Článek přináší ve stručnosti základní fyziologické a patofyziologické poznámky o elektrických dějích v srdci a mechanizmech vzniku arytmií. Je zakončen jejich stručným přehledem s klinickým obrazem EKG diagnostiky.
