Respirační obtíže jako nežádoucí účinek léčiv

Již několik let poskytuje Nemocniční lékárna FTNsP svým pacientům systematický konzultační servis. V rámci individuálních sezení s lékárníkem mají pacienti možnost získat odpovědi na otázky týkající se léků, parafarmak i zdravého životního stylu či si nechat změřit krevní tlak. Pokud lze nyní zhodnotit již téměř sedmiletou zkušenost s touto aktivitou, začíná v poslední době přibývat „poučených“, v problematice dobře orientovaných pacientů, kteří se na lékárníka obracejí cíleně s žádostí o rozbor osobní farmakoterapie. Pohnutky bývají různé – podezření na nežádoucí účinky, interakce, kontraindikace, nedostatečný účinek léčiv i jiné. Ze stejných důvodů vyhledal konzultační služby lékárny také pacient, jehož kazuistiku uvádím.
