Substituční léčba opiátové závislosti

Pojem opioidy se vztahuje ke všem přírodním a syntetickým substancím, které mají účinky podobné morfinu. Starší (přírodní, syntetické deriváty odvozené od morfinu a pethidinu; a také další) a novější většinou vyvolávají toleranci, psychickou a fyzickou závislost, abstinenční (odvykací) syndrom.
