Opalování a kožní nádory

Incidence všech typů kožních nádorů na celém světě v posledních desetiletích trvale stoupá. Jednou z hlavních příčin je intenzivní působení slunečního záření, které vyvolává předčasné stárnutí kůže i vznik kožních nádorů. Základní prevencí je ochrana před ultrafialovým (UV) zářením používáním opalovacích přípravků s filtry, které absorbují nebo odrážejí krátkovlnné UVB i dlouhovlnné UVA záření a dodržování zásad správného opalování.
