Pharmacotherapy of osteoporosis II.: aminobisphosphonates, calcitonin, teriparatide and parathormon

This paper critically reviews the clinical data available to date on pharmacological properties of anticatabolic and bone anabolic treatments

for primary and secondary osteoporosis, their effects and contraindications.
