Burnout syndrome - psychological consequences of working as dispensing pharmacist

This article deals with a topic which has been neglected for a long period of time – burnout in pharmaceutical professions. It emphasizes

the role of work-related stress and chronic stress in its etiology. The article acquaints in brief with symptoms at the psychological,

somatic and social level with the accent of the pharmaceutical profession, with the possibility of the prevention and therapy.
