Fyziologie a patofyziologie žaludku

Žaludek představuje významnou část zažívacího traktu a to jak po stránce morfologické, biochemické a funkční. V článku jsou analyzovány jednotlivé faktory, které mohou výše zmíněné složky změnit a tak se podílet na vzniku řady onemocnění, které se projevují specifickou i nespecifickou symptomatologií.

Poznání jednotlivých fyziologických a patofyziologických mechanizmů je nejenom předpokladem správné diagnostiky těchto onemocnění, ale i odpovídající a účinné farmakologické léčby.
