Pracovní den na oddělení přípravy cytostatik ve VFN Praha

Onkologická farmacie je v České republice poměrně mladý, rozvíjející se obor. Onkologický farmaceut je součástí týmu pracovníků, kteří se na oddělení přípravy cytostatik podílejí na přípravě cytotoxických infuzí pro onkologické pacienty. Vzhledem ke specifičnosti této práce a nutnosti ochrany jak pracovníků, tak připravovaných léčiv před kontaminací cytostatiky, musí být celý pracovní tým řádně vyškolen a musí dodržovat zásady nutné pro práci s cytostatiky. Naprosto nezbytná je vzájemná komunikace na všech úrovních přípravy od přijetí požadavku, přes jeho vychystání, realizaci, kontrolu a finální expedici k pacientovi.
