„Červené oko“ - diagnostika a léčba v terénu

Nabídka volně prodejných očních kapek u nás v poslední době prudce vzrostla. Na lékárníky se dnes často obracejí pacienti bez předchozího lékařského vyšetření s žádostí o radu a o dopo­ručení nějakého přípravku na jejich oční potíže. Postižené oči bývají více nebo méně červené. Oční lékař v článku rozebírá základní příčiny, jež mohou k patologickému stavu „červeného oka“ vést. Definuje přesně stavy, při kterých je nezbytné pacien­ta odeslat na oční vyšetření. Dává jednoduché praktické rady, jak „v terénu“ postupovat, aby pravděpodobnost správně doporučeného volně prodejného přípravku byla co nejvyšší. Tedy, aby se pacient spokojeně a rád do lékárny vracel.
