Palliative medicine for pharmacists

Palliative medicine is an active multidisciplinary care for incurable patients, with advanced disease state. Holistic model of care and

multidisciplinary access are the fundamental principles of care. Methods of treatment must follow patient´s and family´s opinion and aims

about quality of resting life. The article gives a definion for basic principles of farmacologic methods in specialized palliative care.
