Psychological aspects of the pharmacist’s work

Psychologist’s sight of the work in the pharmacy should contain conscious provisions, should get some adice about what to do with them

and also should make us thinking about “what are the unconscious aspects of the shipping clerk’s work”. Eventually it should also try to

make aspects “visible” and then eliminate them. That’s why I am foreshowing here the description of outer and internal aspects of the

pharmacist’s work in the psychological view. I am desrcibing them here as a psychologist whose charge is training the comunication skills

of all workers in pharmacy for more than 9 years. I focus particularly on those components of the comunication which you can influence

immediately ant they will bring you directly some effects.
