Serenoa repens - therapeutic effects and possible interactions

The present article describes the therapeutic effects of the fruits and extract of Serenoa repens (saw palmetto) which is a component of

many over-the-counter medications intended for treating prostate problems. Also discussed are the reported side effects and possible

interactions of this drug with other medications.
