Liability in recommendation of dietary supplements as drugs

The aim of this article is firstly to highlight the fundamental differences between dietary supplements and drugs and secondly to outline

the possible legal risks connected with recommendation of dietary supplements as drugs or improper presentation of therapeutic

and preventive effect of dietary supplements by pharmacists.
