Medicinal plants with a hypnotic and sedative effect

Insomnia, especially chronic long-term insomnia is a serious disease. Insomnia significantly reduces quality of life and can lead to many

psychological symptoms such as fatigue, sleep and sleepiness during the day, irritability, problems with concentration and memory

disorders. In the treatment of insomnia some natural medicines can be used. Among the most effective products are those based on

valerian, hops and passionflower.
