Current possibilities of available antidepressants (AD) are limited. In spite of great heterogeneity of depressive disorders, monoaminesremain the main target of psychopharmacotherapy. Constipation is a common issue addressed in the general paediatrician’s surgery. It is manifested by infrequent, difficult passage of stools. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer resulting from a malignant transformation of plasma cells. Early diagnosis and causal therapy improvesquality of life and increases a chance to multi-year survival.
