Přehled farmakoterapie zánětlivých revmatických onemocnění

Článek má za cíl stručně a přehledně popsat možnosti léčby zánětlivých revmatických onemocnění a upozornit na nejčastější nežádoucí účinky používaných léčiv.

V současné době jsou k léčbě těchto onemocnění používány jak tzv. chorobu modifikující léky, tak léky biologické. Nedílnou součástí farmakoterapie jsou ale i nesteroidní antirevmatika, analgetika a glukokortikoidy. Nasadit správnou kombinaci léků, která by byla nejvýhodnější pro konkrétního pacienta, není vždy jednoduché, vzhledem k časté polymorbiditě nemocných.

PHARMACOTHERAPY OF INFLAMMATORY RHEUMATIC DISEASE

The paper aims to briefly and clearly describe the treatment options for inflammatory rheumatic diseases and to highlight the most common adverse drug effects.

Currently, both the so-called disease-modifying drugs and biological drugs are used to treat these conditions. However, nonsteroidal antirheumatics, analgesics, and glucocorticoids are also an integral part of pharmacotherapy. Due to frequent multimorbidity in patients, it is not always easy to prescribe a proper combination of drugs which, in a particular patient, would be the most beneficial.
