Fixní kombinace alopurinol a lesinurad

Prevalence hyperurikemie a dny v populaci narůstá. K dosažení cílových hodnot hladiny kyseliny močové je nutná optimální spolupráce
pacienta a lékaře. Vedle dietních opatření patří mezi základní používaná léčiva alopurinol ze skupiny urikostatik. V indikovaných
případech jej lze s výhodou kombinovat s lesinuradem, novým přípravkem ze skupiny urikosurik. Výhodou této fixní kombinace léčiv
s různým mechanismem účinku je vedle zlepšené spolupráce pacienta prokazatelná účinnost při příznivém bezpečnostním profilu.

Fixed combination of allopurinol and lesinurad
The prevalence of hyperuricaemia and gout is rising in the population. To reach target values of uric acid levels, optimal cooperation
patient and doctor is necessary. Along with diet measures, allopurinol from the group of uricostatics is one of the basic
established drugs. In the indicated cases, it can be advantageously combined with lesinurad, a new preparation of the uricosuric
group. The advantage of this fixed combination of drugs with a different mechanism of action is, in addition to improved patient
cooperation, demonstrable efficacy with a favorable safety profile.
