Psoriasis is a chronic, inflammatory hyperproliferative disease of the skin, scalp, nails and joints. It belongs to a group of papulosquamosus skin disorders and is presented by a variety of clinical presentations. Basic treatment is a local therapy, another treatment options are phototherapy and systemic therapy. In this article, local therapy is described. Allergic rhinitis(AR) is a complex systemic disease with the local nasal and often eyes symptoms.The background of the AR is an eosinophilic inflammation. Prevalence of AR is worldwide increasing.Prevalence in the czech population is 19 %.New classification of AR was declared by global ARIA initiative 2001 (updated 2010): Intermittent(mild, severe) and persistent(mild, severe). The article deals with the classification, diagnosis, and, in particular, treatment of functional dyspepsia. Both classification by the Czech school of functional gastrointestinal disorders and the recent Rome III classification are presented.
