Contemporary lifestyle brings many health risks which contribute to diseases of civilization, such as obesity, high blood pressure,

diabetes, metabolic syndrome and others. Nowadays, the great boom have functional food, which contain besides nutrients also

another health-promoting compounds which have positive effect on human health and can reduce negative impacts of inappropriate

lifestyle. One of functionals foods is wolfberry fruit, known as goji. It contains polysaccharides, flavonoids, carotenoids

and other biologically active compounds with verified therapeutic effects.
